this may be more for the editors forum, but my question is to the writer of the article, n(or any aplicable staff member/mod. i was hoping you might expound on this...

 as far as i've been instructed (i'm currently enrolled in butte college's auto tech program) all   pcm(s) need to check their inputs against a table so they can figure out what to do. can anyone help me out?
