anyone know of any company that makes after market parts 4 the saturn S series especially the SC2/SL2's  

I looked but couldn't find anything... I guess you might have to find a muffler shop and tell them to make you one.

I don't know if you could do this or if its possible, but couldn't you go to a steel mill or an iron works and ask them for a stainless steel pipe of the same gauge and length as the OE one, plus a sport muffler from.. I don't know magnaflow (no coffee can) or a flowmaster and make it fit?

That is if it's cheaper though...  

The only company that makes a full exhaust for the Saturn is Thermal Research and Development.  Your best bet is to choose the mufflers that you like and have a muffler shop run the piping.  It's much cheaper and you will get the same results power wise as long as you use the correct size piping for your engine mods.
