Some idiot who has no facial expresions came to my house today and asked my brother how much to paint his pimped out Blazer (have you noticed I'm here in this forum every *** day.... I got to go buy videogames or go out with my friends.....) Then he starts talking about selling me his also pimped out civic. He starts telling me its turbo ready and I tell him If it was turbo ready it would have the horsepower of a 3 cylinder engine if it didn't have a turbo. He continues talking and my brother is getting annoyed and I remark out of nowhere I remember another car and say.... "I could just go get that crashed 240SX from that old guy who lives down the street or as he likes to be called "Don" Gavi. Gabriel in english. My brothers attention is suddenly aroused and his eyebrows lift up and says "Is...there a INGS body kit?" I respond "I think so...." he says he saw it on forza motorsports. I shrug my shoulders, but he has a mindset now. "man screw your civic I'm getting that nissan." Kevin (the idiot who came to my house) says "Its a 240!" my brother is now on his own train of thought and mumbles "Yeah its been there for ages. I'll give him 200...." Then he and Kevin start arguing and my brother gets mad and yells out Shut up "Kevin Arnold! I'm trying to think!" (wonder years for you myspace generation) He now says we should make a Le Mans champion. "Yeah lets strip it down to bare metal and put that INGS and a lot of *** He want to promote his new shop cuz he's tired of the one where he works at.... He says Kick ass and take names; and a few customers on the way.

Getting down to business I foudn the AMS rebuild kit with dished pistons a whopping gettoboxter (thats what me and my friends call a really cheap race car its like a boxter type S but for us common folk) style 1,100 dollars plus shiping. There's a machine shop a block away from my house but I'll be the one taking apart the engine. The shop is only supposed to rehone the engine so the new pistons work and rebalance the crankshaft and redo the heads.  My question is What type of turbo kit should I install? I remember seeing a 240SX of that genre on an issue of SCC but lost it so I'm kinda lost on what to do. Turbonetics? Garret? Ghettofab?

I'm leaning towards just getting the turbo computer and gettofab the whole thing out of junkyard cars and getting a rebuilt turbo. But I don't know about what my brother wants still I'm a bit puzzled about what the hell are we going to do or if he even meant it. It was kinda weird it was the first time he was actually comanding and sh!t........ Weird.........

I told him it might be about 10,000 dollars or more in total but he just did a jerking motion with his hand (you all know what I mean) and said. "In Houston I wasted that much on food on my credit card....." He said he's getting out of debt in July or August and we'll go from there cuz his new shop actually opens today. He does "Smoothies" as he calls it just simple 1 day jobs so he still works at his regualr job but goes home and does his own. well enough of that.

I'm getting my books out of my little book shelf and doing formulas. We want a perfectly calibrated turbo no jetfighter engine on the car and we practically don't care how we achieve it. Again I'm baffled I don't know.....

Go to a muffler shop ask for a cast iron turbo exhaust to be made, get a turbo out of an audi, volvo or a junked mercedes diesel (not mine, mine is gone to ***  ) Rebuild it, Get an intercooler, piping, silicone hoses, B.O.V. , and recalibrate the ECU.... I'm probably oversimplifying things but I just cant figure out how things came about so, so easily and rapidly.....Weird....

Can't believe AMS turbo rebuild was only 1K! I gues if you wait enough things just go your way I guess. It won't be a lemans Champion, but there are Sanctioned road courses on an old air port near here. But its mainly porches and evos from people from cali and arizona. Well I just bought Halo 2 for my regular 4 year old X-box and I'll be back in 3 days at least.....Friend are broke too.....
