I have an '06 dodge stratus SXT, and i've been searching high and low, but so far I've yet to come by any mods. it seem like there are no kits for it. so far, all I've been able to do is add a cold air intake and and hks universal. Any suggestions??? I'm working with about 163 fwhp and I'd like to get it up to about 250.

Well if you plan to keep that particular engine, you'll either have to use a wet nitrous kit (one that you need to inject extra fuel with, thus the term "wet"), or you'll have to build your own turbo kit. Please know there is ALOT involved with either of these options, and improper tuning can cost you an engine. Either path will show you topping out at 210 to 230, safely. If these aren't feasible to you, then I recommend IHE, that is, intake, headers and exhaust. Doesn;t have to be the fastest thing, so long as you enjoy it, and please do.
Now the engine you have is called the EDZ, and is closely related to the earlier 420A. Did you know, however, that Chrysler exported FACTORY TURBOCHARGED Stratae to Mexico? THAT engine is called the A855 (DO NOT CONFUSE IT WITH THE A588, they are NOT the same engine!!!!). It is also found stateside in the PT cruiser and the vaunted Neon SRT4.
I mention that because for about the same or a little more coin you could do a complete engine swap, fuel management and all, and have a much stronger engine out of the box, and more tuning options available to you in the future. I have personally seen this swap done on a 1G Neon. It worked beautifully. You could procure a setup, maybe even a complete front clip from here or Mexico.

My aunt in mexico has one of those The Stratus R/T! The cheapest thing I would tell you is either swap engines with the R/T or bring one over from mexico and just look at you neighbors wonder why you have Mexico plates ( while you play loud mexican music in your driveway.... ) in your car.
Mexico has the new focus and a turbocharged stratus... plus the Renault clio, WTF?!!!!
