Read the article and visited their site, looks good! The pricing is on par with any other serious driving/racing school, but you need airfare and hotel etc., so it's a bit expensive. Still, it looks like a very good program and should be worth the dough if you have it!

Imagine gaining experience and learning the line in the dirtball rain and mud with a crappy old car, then coming home and driving on tarmac (dusty, damp, or even clean track) in your new STI or Evo with the advanced traction control etc.. You WILL be fast if you picked up anything at all, and you will have great control and familiarity at the limit. But it doesn't even matter what car you have, you will still be a much better driver regardless.

I wanna go to an advanced driving school sometime. The lessons you learn can help you every day, and I think it would be more fun than just driving around a track all day.

Ya, it seems these guys focus entirely on increasing drivers skill whereas other "racing" schools spend half their time on racing protocol, flags, start/stops, passing etc. Thats fine because thats what some people need in order to get their SCCA license, start their racing career etc, but this rally-drivingo-only school is better in it's own way.

Also, many of the trully fast drivers I have met on the track and canyons all tend to all have a rally background.. Those guys just think and drive differently.. In a very good way..

I was at laguna seca a couple weeks ago and their program (skip barber) looks good too.  This was a short clip at turn 6 with a mazda 3 as the lead car.  I didn't get any video, but it seemed they were teaching drifting in the wetted parking lot with rx-8's

I would love to do a track school, drift school, and rally school, it's just a lot of money.

SCC also reviewed them back in 2002, the issue with the orange S14 on the cover
