so you can hear that P.I.M.P scraping noise when you accelerate, brake, go over bumps, turn, etcetera?
oh and don't forget how baller it is to replace those wheel wells every time you fill up with gas.

Anyone hear anything about the ralliart yet? I've read rumors about it being turbo? According to edmunds.com a 2.4 litre ralliart will be available later this year? It'd be nice to get a little more stock power without having the insurance jump of a turbo.

The factory warranty will not be void for simple bolt-ons. Intakes and exhausts are ok the lowering spring may void your warranty on struts and stabilizer links. The new Rally Art is going to come with a turbo and AWD, unless they decid to change something. It will not release until late 08'.

Hey RoadRaceMotorsports has a piggy back system for the lancer. I just recieved it and am going to install this weekend. It's programable and can be linked to a laptop. It's $429 off the website. I let you guys know the results.

bam3221: i have an 08 lancer. ES not gts but the only difference from the gts and ES is some ground effects and fog lights. same motor same everything. i bought the cold air intake for it and installed it in about 20 mins. very easy... it sounds sick as *** too. i took it to the drag strip tonight. i ran 16.1's and 89 mph. i got the 5 speed but not the padel shifters. i cant wait for them to come out with more parts. i also talked to a few dealerships and the motor in the 08 evo is the same as the lancer and u will beable to big everything that is on the evo. that means same performents as the evo without insurence being threw the roof. which makes me happy cause im only 18..
where did u manage to purchase a cold air for it? i have been looking everyhwere!

Hey they are just working out of their garage. The are a legitamate buisness that R and D's all their product before they come out. I have their piggyback, their pulley, intake, strut bars etc. and I am extremely happy with all their products. It's a totally different car with the mods on.

I have the intake and the sound is great....also ordered the pully and cant wait to install it. I emailed roadrace and the reply was that the piggyback ecu for the cvt will be out in a month or so. (most likely by summer end early fall). I spoke to the dealer and their response for performance add ons was as long as is doesn't really alter the revs too much we should be ok with basic bolt-ons.
