I've got a problem with my stereo. Ok i have a 1998 Mazda Protege, radio works, cd player works. Here's the problem i have no sound coming out of the speakers. Now i know that i 2 different kinds of speakers in the car pioneer and roadmasters, the pioneers are on the doors and the roadmasters are in the back window. But i still have no sound, i've even check to make sure they were hooked up right still nothing. Could there but something in the back of the stereo that isn't hooked up? And if so, how do i get back there to see if it isn't hooked up? If you could email me back at marlborogirl1983@yahoo.com and subject as YOUR MAZDA STEREO.

How do I know you are not one of those shoe guys, trying to get my email adress and spam me up the butt with crappy shoes. You almost got away with it you sneaky piece of crap. Just joking. There are basically only a few possible problems. Yes it could be a connection to the in dash player, in that case you would need to pull it out and make sure all connections are snug. It's possible that all the speaker connections came loose simoultaneosly but not likely so that is not the problem. Or it could be internal inside the player in that case you are better off buying a new player.

Are all your wires in good shape? I found out the hard way that my Blaupunkt in my bimmer will shut down the amp if the wires get frayed and short out. It does this to protect itself
