really none is better i think they are built for different things, most ferraris are built for the street and can do that everyday but to me lamborghini is more tuned for the race track. but that's just my opinion.

Well i sord of thought the opisit a bit, when i think of Ferrari i think of very expensive cars that sit in your garage that you protect with you life, and Lamerghinis you just race and dont drive anywhere else.

I have hung out with the long Island Ferrari Owner's club.. every year they hold the "run out east" along the island where they stop at these specific wineries for food and tasting. The last couple of years they have been inviting the owners of all other italian cars to join them. While my fiat is not a runner, I usually catch a ride with one of the Fiat Lancia Unlimited guys.
That said, I have been behind the wheel of a couple of ferraris and one diablo.. I much preferred the ferraris. Even though the Diable was newer than the other cars I had driven.. The ferrari's had better sight lines front and rear, lighter controls, and were just easier to drive all around. Do not get me wrong, these were not italian hondas.. to really enjoy any italian car, you need to really "Drive" it.. it requires muscle, coordination, determination, and the ability to listen to what the car is telling you. Personally, I found that last part missing in the Diablo.. it stayed quiet the entire time.. not telling me to slow down OR to speed up..
just my two cents.

Ok, here it goes. Ferrari was built after Enzo retired from racing with Alfa Romeo. He, having raced, built them for speed. Ferrari's are Mid-engined, rear-wheel drive cars and are mostly v12's. Lamborghini, who was driving a Ferrari, hated the clutch on the car, so when he confronted Ferrari and told him to fix the clutch. Ferrari told him off and then gave him the bird (OK! so it didn't really happen that way!). Lamborghini retaliated by making his own company. He made his clutch work and did the same as ferrari. So what happened next? well they became rivals and Lamborghini's are now big, All-wheel drive, bulky can't see behind you, hogged by rappers cars. The only sensible, street car they made was the Gallardo, which was a V10, and actually had a rear window, and no scissor doors. Ferrari's are for people who want a car with a more round look, better street driving, can tell if a tank is going to run you over and crush your engine car. And IMO. Lambo yellow is ugly, and so is the yellow ferrari uses... Ok so all yellow looks bad.

Actually, One of Enzos advisors or something, told him that they could build cars to sell to the public to help him pay for his racing, because Ford and Shelby were beating him.

If you owned either a Ferrari or Lamborhini you wouldn't have a buy a piece of crap car to drive, because you'd likely have a BMW 745, Mercedes E55, Porsche 911, well you get the idea. How many people do you actually see racing their 'personally owned' Ferrari's or Lambo's? They are for street appeal and owners ego, mostly. I'd rather own a Porsche 550 Spyder, than an Enzo or Murcielago, because the person that appreciates THAT is someone you can relate with.

my dream car is a ferrari 262 dino .why? it's a beautiful car to quote that guy from road and track driving a ferrari is like drinking fine italian wine you pull out the cork let it breath but a porsche is like a robust german beer you pop the top and enjoy it,and if he would have said something about a lamborgini it probaly would go like this driving a lamborgini is like drinking really really expensive wine you open the bottle take a sip realize it taste like crap so you slap your wife with the bottle because she convinced you to buy it,back to the lambo vs. ferrari thingy you all had that backwards ferrari were made for the track and a lambo was made for the street. thats how enzo ferrari started the company build race cars you can drive on the street race a few of them use the money from your race wins to build faster cars!!!!!!!BRILLIANT

I was a sucker for the F360 (Modena) model, but they've replaced it. Im nto sayuing the new one is bad (its better, in every way), just that its a bit too... Enzo-ish.
I do like the hamaan version of it though!

well said Lude. I read a recent article on the murcielago and there were numerous issues. The writer gave the car a mostly positive review because he probably got laid while driving a Lambo in Miami. talk about shooting fish in a barrel.
