We all have our car. So, when any of you feel like driving, where do you go? Do you drive around town? Do you drive out far beyong the city limits? Do you go to your local track? What is it that you do? I like to drive out in the backroads.

i drive into town, but really there is nothing much to drive to here, if lets say i was living in Chicago i would drive to the pear, and by the stadiums, and downtown. downtown in Chicago never stops there are always people there.

I have many hard ball country roads I can go to and just speed with out the piglets being around. I love that.

Living in surburbia has its perks. Im litterally about 2 minutes from the edge of town, but im also only about 15 from City Centre. It all depends on what im looking for, but usually I prefer downtown

depends, if i want to hit 130 and practice my shifting, i go into the city and onto the freeway, if i want to really work the suspension and find my car's limit, there are some nice curvy backroads about 15 miles inland, and i don't mind the drive there either.

Most of where I live is pretty populated all around. For straight line speeds, the everglades are amazing. Middle of swamplands and a long empty straight road.
Theres not many places to test my cars handling limits though. I usually go to this emty parking lot in the everglaves with my friends where we set up cones and autocross for fun. Other than that, I'd have to take risks and drive business centers at like 1 in the morning on a saterday....even then i get neverous as hell. I dont like it.

Don't have a car, SO when my dad lets me drive it's in the country (back roads, gravel). Hasn't let me in a while due to gas and he has to work two jobs to keep the bills paid.

Since my speedo's broken and I'm never sure what my car will do next, I never take it on the highway. There are a few twisty backroads I take to work that are lightly patrolled, although I am sometimes stuck behind slow-moving drivers. Since I don't live too far from the New Hampshire, Vermont, or Mass. boonies I do plan on exploring those areas for fun roads in the future.

unless you like "cruising" there are no really good roads around here. That said, there is nothing like a warm summer night, with the top down, cruising alongside the ocean, with your girl next to you... just her, you, the lights of the stars above, and the burble of the exhaust..
Now recently I have been in upstate New York.. the more I go up there, the more I like it. Especially up in the catskills.

Yeah, that is life. I know I may be doing something wrong, but sometimes when everything else is quiet, I accelerate a little fast just to listen to the engine. Oh Yeah.

Two words: Radar Detector. Mind if i do a little advertising? I've used a valentine one for about a year now, i've only been busted once with it, it's saved me from countless tickets. go buy one.
