...and it doesn't completly suck. It's still really thin and still has a bad ad-to-article ratio, but some of the articles are pretty good. Three of them talk about turbo'ing cars on the cheap, specifically the 91-98 KA24 240SX, the Classic SE-R, and D16-powered Civics/CRX's. Not really detailed like a hybrid how-to, but it give a good overview of the parts and tips needed, plus an reader's example of each and a Do's and Do Not's section. The 240SX one is giving me ideas, and the example car even uses a diesel turbo!

I don't know who he new editor is, though. James Tate has a short editorial, "Off Camber," but that could be an interim thing because the credits still list Josh as main editor. Rough times for SCC.

I agree, but it's still lacking in the total content department.  Not to mention the best section Technobable was MIA in this issue, I was very disappointed.  The articles on the budget turbo systems was OK, hopefully they can find their way back to the quality content, size, and variety they slowly moved away from.  The more technical articles are nice to see, though.

I was  also surprised by the dueling TSX article.  With all those mods its a wonder they couldnt push out a few more ponies?  The supercharged Comptech car was decent but still nothing over the top.
