Yeah, it really sucks, they need to get rid of it and just look over the forums and edit posts as they please, not make you wait to post.

It maybe moderated, but the question is will the moderator do his/her job?  Also, I have to start over from one post.  Oh well!

Yeah we have them to watch the board, but on the old board you guys where basicly moderating; think we really never had trolls on it.  (yess wack smiles)

We can't reply in the other two threads, this is a nice new LOOK at least.  I haven't been on here in about a year and came on about two days ago to see it was being renovated... wish I'd stuck around. Well i'm back!

THe old self-moderating I remember to be somehow an excellent way of working things out, hopefully things stay this simple with the new layout.

How many moderators are there? I hope there's more than just one. Well the new one sure looks pretty, lets just hope it works out.

Its great to come here and have it be self-moderated.  This coming from a moderator at a forum for button-happy kid gamers

I'm thinking of trying to get our FAQ off the old site, editing it, and posting it here. Do you have any idea of how to get a hold of the general forum moderator and asking him to make the FAQ sticky?

no i don't i don't think he is ever on, i tires to post yesterday in the general forum and my post still is not up, that whole thing about regulating stuff is crap now the tech forum will have to be a general/tech forum. but bring the facts up and we will do what we did last time to keep them at the top.

If it's the same moderators as on the IT board, we'll not have any difficulty getting things handled when necessary. They've been great over there at dealing with the occasional troll and what not. However, we have our own ways of dealing with them that tends to be equally effective.
Speed and power are a mix of mostly three factors: money, motivation, and time. How fast do you want to go and how broke do you want to be when you get there?

OK, I have the FAQ saved on my computer. I know spiritturbo was the one who originally compiled it, but I want to edit it a little and show the edit to all of you before it's posted. Nothing big, just some cleaning up. If you don't like the edit, then I'll just repost the original FAQ.
